Testimonials

“While we all would have much preferred to have had a market where we could work face-to-face with our retail partners, it’s not possible based on the current situation. We still believe strongly in having a dedicated, focused time-frame for retailers and manufacturers to get together, and for this market, we’ll be doing it virtually with the HTT-hosted Virtual Market platform. Our goal as an association is always to support and facilitate these contacts, which make this event so important in maintaining continuity and supporting retailers and manufacturers in their effort to weather the current economic climate.
We hope to be able to be back together physically in March, but we’re excited about this new virtual format and expect it to become a permanent component of market going forward.”   — Jeff Kaufman, President  |  Home Fashion Products Association

“While we will miss the energy and productivity of meeting in person with our suppliers at market, we do think meeting virtually is the next best thing. We look forward to connecting with our supplier partners in September.”    — Niraj Shah, CEO and Co-Founder  |  Wayfair

“While we’re disappointed that we won’t be able to meet with our suppliers face-to-face in September, we think the HFPA/HTT NY Virtual market is a great alternative and we look forward to seeing our resources in a new way.”  — Scott Kolsky, Executive Vice President | GM Home  |  Kohl’s

“Due to the limited amount of travel that our buying teams will experience this year, we find it very comforting that the HFPA is considering providing their customers a virtual option to facilitate a September home textiles market.
We have been provided mid-year product reviews from a few active resources and it has been extremely useful to review and evaluate new design options in each of the product categories being offered by those suppliers.”  — Kevin Kuehl, SVP/GMM Home  |  Big Lots
